Hi hun my situation was slightly different as my boy wasn't premature but he was a low birth weight and we got him home at 3lb 13 ozs. We got to take him home at that weight because he was full term and able to regulate his body temperature on his own, but it was still really daunting bringing him home being so small, but im sure you'll be fine.
