No we had no idea. We only found out when Shannon was 4 weeks old. That was only because i took her to the dr's because she was failing to put on weight. Shannon had tetralogy of Fallot. Which is very hard to dectect in the womb. Also does not show any syptoms in the first few weeks of life. She also had a form of downs, which also was not picked up until after her death.
But once you have had a baby with heart problems. You should be offered extra screening hun.
If i'm lucky enough to have another baby. I shall be going for special scans which just scan the heart.

Afternoon Vic, really sorry to hear about your loss, must of been so hard for you, i can't even imgaine what you went though.
