chicken recipes

Post subject: chicken recipes i have some chicken breasts defrosting and i dont know what to do with them!
i was thinkin of a chicken in some kinda sauce like chicken supream or somethin but not sure! any ideas? _________________

Post subject: What I like to do is slice the chicken breasts lengthways and stuff with cheese and wrap in bacon and roast for about 30 mins
 very tasty (check it is white all the way through though and there is no pink bits or pink juice.
Or do the above recipe but coat the chicken in BBQ sauce 10 mins before the end and grated cheese on top and put back in the oven for 1o mins, it's called Hunter's Chicken and it very nice cuz the grated cheese melts into the BBQ sauce and it's all bubbling and gooey and very very nice with new potatoes. _________________    Posted: Mon Sep 14, 2009 10:49 am

Post subject: i make a good mushroom and onion sauce to go with mine
heres what i do put a couple of table spoons of oil in a pan and a lump of butter once butter is melted add ur chicken breasts until they are cooked a bit then stick them in a hot oven to finish cookin chop up some mushrooms and onions and put in the pan the chicken was in once they are soft add a table spoon of plain flour mix and cook for bout a min then add 150ml of chicken or veg stock and simmer for a few mins then turn the heat down and add 150ml of single cream and let thicken then add ur chicken again and serve its really simple but tastes great also this morning are doin stuffed chicken breasts for there recipe jst now looks fab _________________

Stuffed chicken is the best though
