i'm new to this website have a question that is really getting on my nerves!!
does anyone know with your dating scans etc do they go by your last period and add 2 weeks on??
i had a scan on 25th july and it showed i was 14 weeks and 6 days however if i count back it takes me to the first day of my last period therefore i could not of concieved then

So do scans go by your lmp or by when you concieved?
i no they measure the baby.. but do they use your lmp to help date the pregnancy if you no it

hi, yes they do calculate your pregnancy from the first day of your last period, dont really know why but they do.
