Theres a shop where i live called blaylocks that stocks em but on the start rite website you can search for shops that stock em in your area.
2 new bits of exciting news. Another word - well two words really. All Gone! She was in a shop in town the other day saying to my mum All Gone Gone Gone! It was very cute. Shes now saying Yook and pointing to things all the time. And the other day she sat and sorted all her bricks into colours. I piled them all up again thinking oit was a fluke and she did it again. She hasnt done it since though just thrown them round the room
The other exciting thing is i finally put all her 6-9 month clothes away. Some of em still fit well but quite a few are getting short in the wrist and ankle so i decided to put her bigger stuff on her and roll sleeves up, new clothes time yay
Shes also now duck obsessed. Every bird she sees is a duck and if she sees a duck on the tv she gets all excited and starts shouting Dut, Dut (or even the odd proper Duck sometimes). Shes got alphabet finger puppets and one is a goose and she spent all day yesterday carrying it round showing it to me and saying Dut! So cute!!! I drew her a duck the other day and she even knew that was a duck and Im a terrible artist lol. Shes mad on em! I think i have a budding ornithologist on my hands (though she will only ever be able to identify ducks!)
Hows work going Ann? Love the sound of Bens nursery rhyme signing. C can clap to patty cake and will run her finger round her hand for round the garden. He sounds so clever
Lol @ Emily and the chick btw Orrie that made me roar when I read it.
Hey Lian hows the sleep going, your fb updates sound good! _________________

Well i spoke too soon on the 6-9 month clothes. All her 9-12 drowns her lol. Her 6-9 is getting too short in ankles and wrists though so im still putting 9-12 on her and rolling up legs and sleeves and using belts lol.
And her new fun thing is that if i ask her what ducks say she goes 'Ack Ack!' lol. And now if we ask wheres baby, wheres flopsy bunny or wheres jelly cat she goes and gets the right toy out the box and brings it over lol, shes so cute
Cmon guys what are the rest of you up to _________________

not having a good week to be honest ifeel like i jst cant get a break the only time im away from evan is the 4n half hours i work mon-fri and i jst feel like i get up go to work come home play with evan fight with evan to go for his nap tidy up see to evan make tea tidy up bath evan give evan bottle struggle to get evan to go down and he has been still up at 10pm n things dont get me wrong he is great and wee blether but i jst feel like i need a break a day away or sumit away from cleaning, seeing to evan and jst relaxing
no one seems to understand this tho not even my oh!!! so i feel like im a bad mum for feeling like it but hey ho once i get him back settled to goin down at a reasonable time im sure things will change again!
his walkin is coming on great he can now go across the whole room but so far only a couple of times has he done it of his own accord we usually have to coax him to do it

wow i cant believe how big and well tyrese is doing
as of today evan is off, he has been taking about 6 steps on his own but all morning he has been walking round living room and kitchen and from living room to kitchen on his own and he thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread haha he is so proud of himself
have entered him into a baby comp in our local paper so been gettin everyone to vote cos u need an official voting form from the paper to vote well my dad has jst turned up at my door with a huge pile of papers from yesterday haha he got them from a shop away to chuck them out _________________

its jst like a cute/beautiful baby comp we went down and they took his pic and i picked which one i wanted to go in paper so there is hundreds of kids aged 0-5yrs, u can only vote by buying the paper and gettin the voting form from there but u can vote as many times as u like, so my dad turned up at my house with 60 of the papers haha so hopefully we will be in with a good chance there is 3 catagories and 3 winners from each category win vouchers for one of our shoppin centres
and the overall winner wins 4 days in disney land paris so been gettin all the family to vote
been feeling gutted as most of u may have read or saw on my face book evan fell and split his head/eye open we were close to having to go to hosp to get the cut closed but i phoned nhs 24 and they said if i had paper stitches to do it myself as at this point he had not long settled from the fall and was asleep so after lots of debating what to do and hunting the house i found paper stitches so its closed a bit and on its way to healing my im devestated it happened and i think he is gonna be left with a cracker of a scar
on the plus side tho he is not walking pretty much all the time wen we r in the house have not put him down outside yet to worried for him falling, and he refuses point blank to walk in my mums house or in front of her he jst wont do it lol wee menace but his walkin is great and he always looks so proud of himself lol
the sleeping has went a bit to pot he has pretty much took himself out of his routine and refusing to go to sleep before 9.30/10pm he is now pretty much sleeping thru the night tho if he is in our bed if he is in the cot he wakes up n screams til he gets in our bed i really shud do controlled crying again but its jst so much easier to bring him in with us and get sleep
anyways best go im watchin britains got talent its hilarious _________________

Hiya I am back from my holiday which was brill, kids loved it too.
Elleah is fine these days, waking only once or twice a night now, which is no issue for me, she has no reflux symptoms, so I am over the moon, and she was good as gold on holiday considering there was no routine in place and she was sleeping in a buggy as her bed (well half the night in my bed).
She has now turned into a fairly bubbly little girl and smiles at people now, so I can now stop apologising to people when she just stares at them, thankfully she now smiles all her teeth at them instead - she has 7 teeth now 1 came in only yesterday.
Whilst on holiday she learnt how to cruise around the caravan sofa think it was easier for her to pull herself up on, and she has since let go a few times before she noticed and sat down, so she is getting there.
As for clothes lol, as you will see from my recent pics on FB she is massive and has been in 12-18months for a little while now particularly bodysuits, her thighs are something else lol!
Her hair is long too, I can put it up in bunches much to my delight, but I am a bit gutted that its not showing any signs of becoming curly at the back.
Anyway can't believe its one of our lots 1st Birthday tomorrow, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAELYN you clever little monkey! _________________

Hello Ladies, long time no speak on here although I do get on fb everyday thanks to my lovely iphone.
A quick update on the little man...
William is 23lb 6oz as of last Thursday and is mostly in 9-12 month clothes although some of the tops are a bit tight so he has some 12-18 months ones to wear too.
He has cruising shoes in size 3.5G and is so much steadier on his feet with them on. He pulls himself up on anything he can and will walk holding on to the furniture or his walker but if he wants to get somewhere quickly then crawling is the only way. He is like lightening on all fours and has invented a great game where he crawls frantically across the landing whilst shrieking with delight to see if he can get to the top of the stairs before he is grabbed by a panicked adult.
He discovered climbing stairs about a week ago and can now do our stairs bottom to top without stopping. He has also discovered going down a step but scares me because he does it face first.
His other favourite thing is crawling around the floor with a squeaky toy in each hand so every time he puts a hand down it squeaks. What with the squeaking and the fact he is so heavy handed with his crawling he certainly doesn't sneak about.
William is with his childminder during the day and absolutely loves her and the other children she has. So much so that he doesn't want to come home and drags out leaving.
As for me I am waiting to hear about a job nearer home so fingers crossed because it will make a massive difference.
Going to put a second post on because the computer is acting weird now I have written a lot. _________________

No idea why but when I write a long message the text box keeps moving down so I can't read what I am writing.
Just read a couple of posts about birthdays, sleeping and words. So thought I would add my twopenny worth.
William has a really strong routine at bedtime and since we have been following that he falls asleep within 10 minutes of being laid in his cot. He goes up for a bath at between 6-6.30, then gets dried and into his pjs then bottle, a couple of stories and bed. He is usually asleep by 7.30 and then wakes up between 6 and 7 in the morning.
His birthday is on a Friday so I have taken the day off work and we will do fun stuff. He goes to rhyme time at the library on a Friday normally so I will take him to that and then to the park because he loves the swings. In the afternoon I might just take him to a soft play place or something like that. On the Saturday my parents, sister, BIL and niece are coming for the day so we will have a bbq and play outside if it is nice then on the Sunday we are coming to meet some of you lovely ladies at the NEC for the Baby Show.
Computer being annoying again. _________________

Hey all
Well C had a fabbo day. Unfortunately Gill had a prang on the way to mine. She and Will were thankfully unhurt but they didnt make it to the party which was a shame as we were very excited about meeting them but it will hold til the NEC.
C looked GORGEOUS in her little pirate outfit and was good as gold at the party considering how many people were around. She had a pirate cake which turned out ok considering i have never made a birthday cake before and was spoiled rotten, we have now gone and bought new boxes to sort her toys into, she got some megabloks, a drawing mat, a talking clock and a shape sorter from us. She got a baby walker and a play path from my mum and stepdad, a spinning top from my sister and some clothes from my other sisters, a jellycat rabbit from her godmother and some assorted clothes and toys from friends. She also got a toy farm from my Dad and a scuttlebug from her Nanny which she loves whizzing around the house on. We were all pretty exhausted afterwards and she and I have both developed a tummy bug (everyone else from the party was fine though so i havent poisoned every one lol!) The party itself was fun as all the babies played in the ball pit and we had the bubble machine on while the adults chatted and we left a cd on. Glad its done though and next year its soft play lol.
Shes still not confident to let go and stand or walk on her own but she stands really well holding on with just one hand, she is so close she just needs to take that final step. I think its just needing that confidence plus she knows she can crawl faster than she could walk so she zooms around the floor on all fours. Like Will she crawls around with a ball in her hand a lot but she goes on one hand and one elbow when she is carrying something or puts it in her mouth then zooms off.
Shes a naughty little minx. I caught her earlier today surrounded by shredded bits of an entire toilet roll and she ate the letter we got sent about booking her 1 year jabs lol.
All good fun _________________

Just quick one, Elleah walks around furniture easily now, usually one handed too, but I am unsure what to do about shoes should I get her a pair now? Is there really any point in getting cruising shoes - or have you just bought walking shoes?
Thanks ladies
PS so glad she had a brill party - and a lot of pressies to Annalisa x _________________
