evan has cruising shoes jst now but im goin to take him to get his feet measured again either 2moro or monday and then i think ill see what they say bout gettin him proper shoes cos he is walking all the time in the house now and i took him to the park last weekend and he was walking on the grass
im jst not sure if they wud still be to heavy or not but will see wen i get his feet measured what size he is cos im wanting new trainers for him and they only do soft soled up to size 3 (4 in littlewoods i noticed today) so i may need to get a size 5 and if i do then it will be proper trainers _________________

We've just bought Rudy cruising shoes because he is wanting to get out of the buggy in the park and walk holding hands but we keep him without socks at home (mostly because he takes them off constantly!!) _________________

Update time!
Think I said I had C weighed day before her birthday and she was 17-14. Hoping she may have hit the big 1-8 by now but im not getting her weighed again for a while so Im just guessing lol. Its mad cos I can remember C and Elleah being the same tiny weight, everyone else has sprouted and Im left with my little half pint lol.
She stood on her own again today. She had hold of the sofa with just one hand and let go so she could move what she had in her hand before touching the sofa again. I dont think she even realised she had done it lol. Shes also walking holding just one of my fingers for support now. Im actually convinced she can stand and walk but just inst confident enough to make the plunge bless her. Its unusual cos shes not normally so shy and retiring. Any of you on FB im sure saw the scare she gave me yesterday, I dozed off on the sofa and didnt realise Neil left the gate on the door open when he went to work. Woke up when I heard her shouting and realised it was coming from the monitor. She had climbed the stairs and was sat in the bathroom playing with her rubber duck. Thank god she didnt try coming back down again, I felt quite ill at the thought. I let her go up with me behind her at bedtime and she cant half speed up the stairs, didnt realise she climbed them quite so quick! She walks with her walker fast now and the cats have learned to run away when she grabs it and stands up as shes gotten true ramming speed perfected now. She got a little fold up ride on called a scuttle bug for her birthday and loves whizzing that round the lounge too. Shesfunny though cos in some ways shes a right adventurer but in other ways is quite sensitive, she gets ever so freaked out by the doorbell going suddenly and is scared of the hoover for example. Funny bunny.
She had a weekend away with my mum and dad last weekend and came home with 2 new words! In addition to her core lot she says all the time:
Mummy/mum/ma
Daddy/dada
Baba
Ta
Cat
Yiya (hiya)
Uh-Oh
Num(yum)
Ah-ah-ah (no)
No
Duck
Yook (Look)
Good Girl
She now says Tee (tree) and points to the trees and also Car (she tends to shout this as they go past and get very excited) which was the 2 she learned this weekend. Shes also saying Oma now which is my mum and spent a 20 minute walk out the other day chanting it without stopping which got old really fast believe me. And she often says Yukky though only if she is copying me when Im telling her not to touch things. She also knows what noise ducks make and when she sees a duck on TV she shouts it – AckAck lol. Shes stringing 2 words togther sometimes now like Yiya Daddy, Ba’ Cat or Good Girl. Her understanding way outstrips her speech though and she understands an awful lot. She knows Hold On and also where as if we say wheres bedtimebunny/jellycat/baby/flopsy bunny etc she goes off and gets it and she knows kiss though if you ask for one you get headbutted as she has taken to copying how the cat kisses, she also knows sleepie which is nap and will settle much better for a nap if I give her pre warning she is having a sleepie after her bottle. She also knows fish and is fascinated by our fish though shes not quite gotten saying it yet – we have shhhhhh so far. We have also had to take to saying Carafe of Moo Juice (LOL) as she knows bottle and milk and if I ask neil to get her bottle or her milk she starts yelling cos she thinks we have it there and doesn’t want to wait LOL!!! She has little picture cards and can now pick out the duck, the fish, the cat and the pig if you ask.
Shes turning into a strong willed little demon though. She hates being said No to and will scream if you do so. She seems to be testing her boundaries at the mo and if I tell her No she will look at me then go back to what shes doing again, even if I remove her physically from what she is doing she goes right back to it. I feel bad cause I say it twice then have to be really firm with her then she starts crying but it seems to be the only way she will leave what shes been told No to. I have a feeling we will be implementing the naughty step at an early age!
That’s about it for now I think am off out to feed the ducks (c’s idea of heaven). Look forward to hearing how you all are. _________________

I'm here again.
Who is coming to the NEC?
Will is out at his childminder today so I am catching up on stuff. Will has his own social life so I let him get on with it. He loves playing with the older children she has and I actually feel bad if I don't send him because he misses out on his clubs.
I sold Will's jumperoo, bouncer chair, play gym and front carrier last weekend and I am waiting in for one of the people to come and collect.
William has cruising shoes because he is often at the park and is on the floor or pulling himself up against the play equipment so his feet need protection. He is a lot more sturdy with his shoes on too. _________________

Hi,
Grr accidently deleted my last one, oh well try again.
Thinking I am going to give birthday cake making 1 attempt, going to try and do an ups daisy face, but if it goes wrong then I will be off to the nearest supermarket.
I'm not going to the NEC its too far away.
Annalisa I think Elleah is probably one of the heaviest babies now considering she trailed behind for months at a similar weight to C too! I have massive muscles in my arms from carrying almost 2 stone everywhere I go, she is barely out of my arms!
We also have some new words some of which I think are rather impressive, I have to tell you she shocks me when she said a lot of these.
bed-im - bedtime
ello,
ba- bye
uv-ooh followed by a kiss, I know not a word but a good attmept at love you
cheers- when bashing cups
cheese, when i get the camera out
up
yeh, usually when she wants her drink, cos i say do you want a drink yeh?
out, to get out her highchair
she says other words but i have listed them before
You won't believe what great trick she can do- no word of a lie she whistles!!! And does so regularly but every time I try and film her she stops!
Shes also learnt how to blow a kiss, and actually blows, if she knew what blowing out candles was, I honestly think she would be able to blow her 1st birthday candle out lol!
Tried her on the potty before bath for first time last night, and she done a pea practically straight away - needless to say I was super excited about it lol!
As for crusing its coming along great she lets go with one hand all the time whilst holding firmly to something considerring she only starting crawling recently she has come along quickly.
Teething bothering her a lot she has 7 at the moment, but its really causing her grief shes been bunged up with a very heavy cold since 24th April , and she now has every other teething symptom going. I was up from 12 till 2.30 last night trying everything to get her to sleep, eventually she gave in next to me and fell sound upside down in my bed, so I never slept great after that anyway as I didn't dare move her!
Anyway massive boasting all done I am just so proud of her can't believe the big number 1 is only 5 days away!

Hi all
I've got some free tickets to this - I know Annalisa, Gillian and Gina are going but does anybody else want me to get them a ticket?
I need to let the lady who is sorting them know by lunchtime tomorrow so will check on here again before I tell her.
I'll also post in the next section for those that have already left us - Benjamin will be joining you after Sunday - where has that year gone? This time last year I was disappointed that he hadn't arrived on his due date and was wondering what to do with myself LOL.
Will do an update after his birthday and after his jabs as I'll get him weighed then as well.
Don't forget to let me know if you want a ticket.
Ann
