Post subject: Festive flapjacks
125g of cheap porridge oat
125g of premium porridge oats
150g butter
75g of golden syrup (or the new festive spice one)
75g sugar
2tbsp jam (any)
4tbsp choc chips

Melt in the microwave butter, sugar, jam and syrup (approx 3 mins microwave)
Add the oats and choc chips, stir well
Place in a baking tray (grease proof papered)

Gas mark 4 - 25-30 mins
