This post really puts me to shame Noah has always been a fussy eater, but just lately, after a couple of illnesses, he's even worse. Even food that he likes, he eats very little of. I can't understand it because he's such a big boy (in 2yr old clothes even though he's only 15 months). I don't know how he's growing because he barely eats a thing!

Henry is a really fussy eater so am looking at your posts for tips as until recently he would only eat the pwdered brocoli chees by heinz for meals but tried spaghetti hoops which has now took over from the brocoli cheese and he refuses to eat anything else:

S= Handful of grapes
L= 1/2 tin of wholegrain pasta shapes, petit filous, some grapes and 1/2 an apple
S= heinz biscotti biscuit
T = the other half of a tin of pasta with 2 petit filous and some more grapes
bedtime he will have another 9 ounce bottle of toddler milk

A VERY good day for Noah today. He had:
B: 2 weetabix followed by a small bowl of mini shredded wheat.
S: Matchsize box of california raisins
L: 3 fishfingers, large scoop of mashed potato, and a portion of peas. Followed by 2 little stars fromage frais.
S: Nothing as we were out and lunch was late because he napped at the usual lunchtime.
D: Chicken casserole out of the freezer (an Annabel Karmel recipe with chicken, carrots, celery and some other stuff). Dessert was a whole red apple.
Supper: about 5oz of whole milk.
