What a great thread! Today hasn't been great - the food offered compared to the food ate may tell the full story
Breakfast: offered shreddies and raisins - a few raisins ate - water
Mid-morning: toast with jam - water
Lunch: Offered egg and cress sandwiches - a bite eaten. Offered a bit of my scone - smeared on the table - none eaten. Juice. A small bag of chocolate covered mini-biscuits (which had already been bought at the cafe and spied) - all of them eaten.
Tea: offered prawn stuffed ravioli with pea, broadbean, brocolli and spinach sauce - one half of ravioli eaten
Tea #2: offered homemade veg chilli, pitta bread with peas and sweetcorn - did well - bit of pitta eaten and the peas. Water Followed by a yoghurt.
Supper: piece of toast with jam eaten - water
There is a common theme here but I'm not giving in and feeding her toast for every meal although TBH that's the way it seems to be going based on what she actually eats! _________________
