Post subject: Help - child/working tax credits
Hi, im going back to wrk in May after Maternity leave. i wil b going back part time. does any1 understand the system?? My partner works ova 30hrs per wk. would it benefit us if i went back for 16-30hrs or less than 16hrs? sorry to b vague but hopefully sum1 can help xx

hiya, i think you need to do at least 16 to qualify for working tax credit, 1 of my girls reduced to 12 but they stopped her working tax so she went back up to 16.
