confused

Post subject: confused hi,
had vaginal exam 2day found out im over 1cm dilated and my cervix is soft and 1cm thick. confused over how thick it should be.....usualy they say it in percentage and i forgot to ask! Post subject: Not sure about the % thing im afraid.

Post subject: Hi You could try maternity acupressure. I know it is something that you don't usually hear but it works. During my second pregnancy I was having false labor, alot of pain, and I was seriously overdue. I was dilated 2cm for three weeks. I got a downloadable book from http://www.maternityacupressure.com. I used the techniques and I went into labor, It also helped me to manage the pain. I hope this helps.
