Post subject: rent/mortgage
just wondered how much ppl were paying for their rent or mortage a month and wot areas there from?
im paying 525 to rent 3 bed semi in north east.
thinks its loads i only earn 650 a month so nearly all of my wage. but hopefully soon we are going to be renting my husbands nanas bungalow for only 300 a month will be smaller but will give us the chance to save to buy which we wouldnt be able to do any other way.

hi, our mortgage is just over 700 per mth, its for a 2 bed apart in belfast. I luv living here but I wld just luv to be in a house for baby coming but it just won't happen. the market is soooo bad at the minute so even tho prices have come down big time, no one can sell their houses as no one wants to buy in this climate. its rediculous...I blame the banks for handing out mortgages to people with dodgy credit!!

We gunna stay here for a bit longer yet.... but defo within next year.... the houses we been looking at were newly built about 3yr ago... then every1 went mad and bought 1... now they are having trouble selling them so there's always a few to rent.
We gunna wait till were in a better position before we buy our own house.
