Post subject: Room Temperature
At night I try to keep temperature in nursery constant but it is tricky. How can one keep track of changes in temp during night (whilst asleep) and keep changing the number of covers accordingly? Or is one supposed to just tuck in at night with suitable covers and leave it at that?

i used to check on my kids before i went to bed then check them if they woke up in th night tbh

I have been told that the baby is better too cold than too hot with the ideal temp being 18 degrees.

I check my little girl when she wakes for feeds, or if I wake up in the night. It is better for it to be too cold, i always think she'll cry if its too cold, but if its too warm, she will be drowsy and go into a deep sleep and i wont know she's too warm!
