Post subject: Room Temperature At night I try to keep temperature in nursery constant but it is tricky. How can one keep track of changes in temp during night (whilst asleep) and keep changing the number of covers accordingly? Or is one supposed to just tuck in at night with suitable covers and leave it at that?

Post subject: I check my little girl when she wakes for feeds, or if I wake up in the night. It is better for it to be too cold, i always think she'll cry if its too cold, but if its too warm, she will be drowsy and go into a deep sleep and i wont know she's too warm!
