for lunch i looked through the fridge and thought i'd make her something random,
so she had
aubergine, carrot and raspberry puree... with a tiny squeeze of lime! She absoloutly loved it!
i know raspberries arnt recommended really at this age but only put a few in, and she suffers badly with constipation and im hoping it helps a little lol

well they wasnt a while back because allergy can be common for fruits like raspberrys, strawberrys etc, but apparently that changed within the last year and theres no reason to avoid them unless your baby has other allergies...
Well thats what i read anyway, plus the they can give them a poorly tummy sometimes? dita was absoloutly fine tho!

Thomas has never been a hungry baby and can go ages without feeding so only started lunch yesterday.. now finally on 3 meals a day. Also dropped 11.30am bottle
Doing both BLW and mashed/pureed food
Today had
7.30- 7oz bottle
8.30- (7mth+) baby cereal with squeezed satsuma juice added. 1/2 pear finger food
12pm - scrambled egg with dairylee cheese triangle mashed in and toast as finger food (sucked on) and yoghurt
3pm- 7 oz bottle but only had 6oz
at 5.30pm will have jar of something (using the 1st stage ones up) with stick of cheese and fruit puree that ive made and frozen
then 7.30pm- 7oz bottle
When do u start with snacks? Thomas usually has a sleep mid morning and after lunch so not hungry for it? Is it only when they are older or hungrier? _________________
