I feel really bad that Emilia seems to have weetabix every day for her breakkie but after reading the thread have got some really good ideas!

Today's menu consisted of:

Breakfast: 1 weetabix with whole milk + 6oz bottle

Snack: 1/2 an apple

Lunch: Roast chicken, mashed potatoe and mixed veg, + strawberries + fromage frais for pudding

Tea: Crumpet + 1/2 banana

6oz bottle before bed

She loves her food and always eats everything at nursery as well!

D - Jar of cheesy tomato pasta stars
Bit of daddies chocolate when I wasn't looking Wink

B - Readybrek (didn't eat much, she prefers weetabix!)
Crumpet with jam

D - Cheese cubes, banana and apple (just lots of bits on her tray to pick at, she ate all the cheese and banana but wasn't too keen on the apple)

B: Whole bowl of porridge (adult portion! Was rather shocked!)
Snack offered at nursery: cherry tomatoes, celery and cucumber, not interested today
L: Not sure what was at nursery but only had three mothfuls. At home was offered veggie rice which only a few mouthfuls were ate and cupes of pineapple which she loved! (but she was scared of the fresh pineapple in its whole form bless her, she clung so tight to me when i showed her it!)
An oaty biscuit as a snack while in the supermarket!
D: Homemade chicken goujons, potato wedges and tomato slices (was out of all other veggies!) aTe most of this, plus two and a half fromage frais (used to be two but she insists on self feeding now so gave her extra to account for extra mess!)

Plus four bfs instead of the usual three because of the low food ontake at lunch.

How much milk should my lo be taking now? She seems to have gone off her food a bit lately but is having more milk than she used to....she's switched it all around. Use to not like milk but love her food!

Should I reduced the amount I am offering her now? I offer 3 x 7oz bottles. She has been having 17-20oz's????
