Hey ladies,
I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for simple yet very nutritious veggie recipies? I do know alot of recipies as I love cooking but have got a total mental block and thought some of you wonderful ladies may have some fresh ideas for me...Tonight I think I'm going for a roast dinner but am contemplating butternut squash soup instead (less mess=less washing up! Laughing )

Any ideas would be really appreciated!
