Post subject: Tax Credits, and child benefit question...
Just wondered, does anyone know how long you can be out of the country for (long holiday) and still claim these? Thanks Smile

So long as you don't go away for more than 8 weeks you will carry on getting them

You can only go over 8 weeks to a max of 12 weeks if there is a death in the family or you have gone to get medical treatment
